Requirements

  • 3 years experience in development, design, testing of electromechanical equipment
  • German speaking and writing (native or C2)
  • English speaking and writing (min. B1, B2 preferred)
  • French speaking and writing (optional)
  • At least one high-level programming language
  • Electrical components knowledge
  • Hydraulic systems knowledge (optional)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Team-oriented with open and clear communication

Tasks

  • Join the design team in Mannheim
  • Contribute to the development of specialized equipment
  • Design and develop control software and interfaces
  • Integrate electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
  • Support development, testing, and qualification of new equipment
  • Participate in customer reviews and on-site activities
  • Perform commissioning of new equipment
  • Contribute to FOAK projects
  • Drive products from prototype to maturity
  • Prepare project documentation
  • Provide ongoing support for existing products
  • Troubleshoot and train technicians
  • Collaborate across departments and sites
  • Foster international collaboration
