- Monitor trends and suggest content opportunities
- Support content creation with agencies
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Optimize content based on performance insights
- Identify and manage influencer relationships
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to execution
- Track influencer campaign performance
- Support contract management and campaign logistics
- Attend brand events and launches
- Capture real-time content during events
- Coordinate with event teams for digital visibility
- Manage post-event content rollout
- Translate offline campaigns to digital content
- Integrate physical experiences with online storytelling
- Support campaign amplification across channels
- Monitor social media KPIs
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Stay updated with platform changes and industry benchmarks
