Leading strategic engagements for complex technology challenges, implementing migration tools in international projects. Extensive technology advisory experience and proven team management required. Flexible in-person collaboration.
Requirements
- Expertise in data-driven consulting, business and technology value architecting and realization
- Independent decision-making ability
- Proven team management experience
- Business development capability
- In-depth understanding of IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data & analytics, cloud solutions, and ServiceNow interaction
- Extensive experience in technology advisory and ServiceNow implementation
- Cross-industry expertise, preferred in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Government
- Proactive business acumen beyond technical roles
- German language skills (Native or C1 Certified)
- 5+ years ServiceNow experience in similar role
- Proven relevant consulting experience or strong in-house IT & Digital strategy / enterprise architecture / advanced startup / pre-sales roles with intrinsic consulting skills
- Strong communication skills with customers, support, management
- Strong creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management, organization skills
- Strong human relations skills for employee management
- Ability to create and maintain networks
- Ability to lead and work in a team
- Credible demonstration of ServiceNow
- Willingness to travel
Tasks
- Identify and resolve complex technology business challenges
- Pinpoint and prioritize value creation opportunities at the business-technology nexus
- Lead strategic engagements and work streams
- Oversee client satisfaction, value delivery, and team management
- Identify and cultivate follow-on business opportunities
- Support business development efforts through sale closure
- Create artifacts for value-driven offers
- Collaborate to synchronize business and technology priorities
- Develop and disseminate content knowledge
- Engage in technology strategy operations and communities
- Create well-articulated thought leadership assets with innovative insights
- Engage with senior client and DXC management
- Guide recommendations
- Secure buy-in for alternative approaches
