Tasks
- Lead cross‑functional transformer service projects end‑to‑end
- Manage project schedules, costs, quality, and resources
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks
- Maintain and calibrate tools and testing equipment
- Ensure equipment compliance, certification, and readiness
- Optimize tooling and equipment logistics and inventory
- Coordinate shipments and project-specific material preparation
- Share resources and equipment across various projects
- Provide field teams with complete technical job packs
- Manage technical documentation, procedures, and safety requirements
- Interface between customers, field teams, and suppliers
- Ensure proactive and satisfaction‑oriented stakeholder communication
- Plan and schedule service activities and site mobilization
- Secure permits, site access, and HSE prerequisites
- Supervise onsite activities to guarantee safe execution
- Provide hands-on operational support during complex situations
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules and ISO standards
- Standardize tooling management and site preparation processes
- Drive continuous improvement for service execution efficiency
