Requirements

  • •University degree in a technical field related to software
  • •Extensive professional experience as a Software / Technical Product Manager or in a similar position
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills
  • •Comfortable working with technical and commercial sides of an organisation
  • •Curiosity and experience with product metrics
  • •Experience with UI/UX design and cross-platform software development
  • •Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
  • •Professional experience with B2B SaaS products, AI-powered products, and/or construction/real estate industry

Tasks

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of your product area
  • •Conduct customer research and concept development
  • •Support delivery and release processes
  • •Ensure final quality assurance of products
  • •Facilitate communication between customers and cross-functional teams
  • •Conduct customer interviews to identify pain points
  • •Validate assumptions and uncover product opportunities
  • •Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
  • •Steer decisions based on product goals and strategic priorities
  • •Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers on new features
  • •Consider platform consistency and technical feasibility
  • •Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • •Support Engineering, QA, and Product Marketing during implementation
  • •Define product metrics and analyze usage patterns
  • •Derive actionable insights to guide product direction
  • •Track industry trends and evaluate new opportunities
