Requirements

  • •Several years of experience as a Senior or Technical Product Manager
  • •Proven experience owning horizontal initiatives spanning multiple services, teams, or product domains
  • •Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and stateful process orchestration
  • •Track record of owning KPIs in live, revenue-generating systems
  • •Ability to work effectively with senior engineers and architects
  • •Structured, systems-oriented mindset with high ownership
  • •Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus

Tasks

  • •Define and own the vision for the workflow orchestration platform
  • •Create and prioritize the roadmap for the platform
  • •Design end-to-end workflows coordinating multiple services
  • •Manage platform APIs and service contracts
  • •Oversee orchestration logic, including state management and rule engines
  • •Collaborate with Engineering on system architecture and scalability
  • •Establish and monitor platform KPIs like workflow completion rates
  • •Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance
  • •Manage dependencies and trade-offs between domain teams
  • •Ensure workflows are observable, testable, and auditable
