  • Knowledge of community dynamics under electrochemical stimulation
  • Knowledge of sources of process instability
  • Ability to design experiments for scrutiny-proof data
  • Strong scale-up awareness
  • Ability to assess transferability of lab findings

  • Ability to set direction and communicate effectively
