Requirements

  • Completed diploma or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, or similar
  • Solid experience in development, planning, and commissioning of industrial plants in project management role
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and teams
  • Advanced project management and supervision skills
  • Enjoyment of working in a team and with people from different disciplines
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Fluent German language skills

Tasks

  • Oversee technical and engineering aspects of factory projects
  • Plan, schedule, and manage technical tasks
  • Ensure accuracy, optimal resource allocation, and high quality
  • Deliver project results on time
  • Develop process engineering plans and concepts for industrial plants
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects
  • Ensure compliance with practices, standards, and specifications
  • Conduct quality control for budget, schedule, plans, and performance
  • Report regularly on project status
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions
  • Interact daily with internal and external clients
  • Interpret client needs and requirements
  • Represent client needs in the field
  • Participate in assembly monitoring and plant commissioning
  • Create safety considerations and risk analyses
  • Execute and coordinate multidisciplinary feasibility studies
  • Manage coordination and negotiations with suppliers and customers

  • Master's degree
