- Attend trade shows and conferences
- Develop prospecting strategies on LinkedIn
- Position as industry expert in German market
- Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing team
- Own end-to-end sales cycle
- Understand client needs in Germany
- Schedule qualified appointments
- Present company solutions
- Negotiate and close deals
- Use CRM Salesforce and Outreach
- Suggest new sales techniques
- Optimize lead qualification processes
- Support German sales structure development
- Share best practices
- Mentor new team members
