Requirements
- Master's study in Economics, Engineering, or military career
- Pre-existing experience network with German Air Force & defence ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of IAMD market
- Previous programme experience
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial transactions
- Proven ability to manage strategic negotiations
- Ability to obtain NATO security clearance or existing clearance
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent English writing skills
- Excellent English presentation skills
- Deep commitment to acting with integrity

Tasks
- Conduct sales campaigns in the IAMD domain
- Achieve profitable deals and competitive market position
- Design and implement sales strategies for IAMD campaigns
- Align sales strategies with Regional Sales and program leads
- Manage commercial aspects of transactions
- Evaluate cost, risk, and benefit of transactions
- Lead commercial negotiations using market and competitor intelligence
- Ensure planned order intake meets division objectives
- Reinforce Defence Digital footprint within German Air Force & MoD
- Engage continuously with industrial partners and associations
- Adhere to Ethics & Compliance and Export Control rules
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Master's degree
