Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related
  • Extensive consulting, product/process excellence, transformation, or regulated environments experience
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives (IT, Operations, Compliance)
  • Delivering end-to-end IT-enabled process solutions
  • Healthcare or regulated industries experience
  • AI-driven process models experience (strong plus)
  • Structuring complex customer requirements into scalable solutions
  • Working in agile software/system development environments
  • Strong governance mindset
  • Designing scalable operating models, KPIs, and control mechanisms
  • Aligning cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Commercial, Regulatory)
  • Driving performance, capacity alignment, and efficiency improvements
  • Willingness to travel

Tasks

  • Design and govern global order entry process
  • Ensure prescription validation, escalation, and compliance
  • Lead global service center performance
  • Plan capacity, monitor SLAs, and improve quality and efficiency
  • Design and govern automation roadmap
  • Translate business rules into scalable, auditable systems
  • Drive cross-functional governance and prioritization
  • Manage risks and system enhancements with Process Owners, IT, Compliance, and Data Protection
  • Engage senior B2B customers on prescription validation
  • Align solutions with governance, strategy, and budget
  • Own global KPI framework for prescription validation
  • Define reporting standards and enable data-driven decisions
  • Lead end-to-end customer solution development
  • Analyze needs, define requirements, and coordinate IT/operations
  • Ensure quality, timeline, and budget adherence
