Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • •At least 8 years of experience in international IT project management
  • •Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
  • •Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP®, IPMA®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP) preferred
  • •SAP Activate Certificate preferred
  • •Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills in an international context
  • •Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
  • •Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30 %)

  • •Utilize Jira and Confluence for transparency and agile collaboration
  • •Communicate with stakeholders up to Steering Committee level
