- Proven experience with Works Councils

- Fluency in German and English languages
Tasks
- Provide daily advice on employee relations, performance, absence, discipline, and grievances
- Act as a trusted HR stakeholder for managers in Germany
- Support local leaders and regional teams with people matters
- Handle complex or sensitive cases as an escalation point
- Manage people administration and transactional processes
- Coach managers and colleagues on HR policies and Workday usage
- Ensure local HR compliance and maintain documentation
- Produce HR reports and data insights
- Support project work, including works council activities

- Bachelor's degreeOR
