- •Synthesize performance trends for senior leadership
- •Oversee scout onboarding and training programs
- •Manage new rights-deal workflows end-to-end
- •Establish governance frameworks and reporting standards
- •Improve operational dashboards and insights generation
- •Coordinate between leadership and key stakeholders
- •Break down silos across diverse functional units
- •Maintain structured internal communication channels
- •Resolve operational escalations with speed and clarity
- •Design and implement operational scaling frameworks
