  • 10+ years in market development, business development, marketing or sales
  • Experience leading significant initiatives with measurable impact
  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales or key account management
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting and forecasting
  • Confident user of CRM systems and standard business software
  • Proven collaboration with marketing, sales, product, finance and medical affairs
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading others
  • Fluency in German and English
