Tasks
- Support strategic decision-making with solution-driven legal advice
- Integrate legal insights into business operations
- Contribute to business strategies, corporate policies, and ethical practices
- Manage legal risks and opportunities
- Protect AT&S interests, employees, management, and shareholders
- Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts
- Optimize contractual frameworks and minimize legal and financial risks
- Set up and maintain contract templates
- Improve contract templates to safeguard company interests
- Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementation
- Administer legal tech tools (e.g., e-signature solutions)
- Create trainings on legal topics and legal tech tools
- Enhance internal legal understanding and contract handling
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CLM and business processes
- Support internal stakeholders in international and local projects
- Provide general legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
- Support management and staff in handling insurance claims
