Requirements
- Technical education with proven quality engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality management
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods
- Proven customer complaint management experience
- Proven structured problem-solving experience (e.g. 8D)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Confident working with SAP
- Confident working with MS Office tools
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to execute tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to represent company interests professionally
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
Tasks
- Drive structured complaint handling
- Coordinate corrective actions
- Ensure transparent communication
- Lead 8D processes for customer complaints
- Ensure timely submission of 8D reports
- Act as single point of contact for quality inquiries
- Conduct root cause analyses
- Provide rapid on-site support within 48 hours
- Maintain continuous communication with customers and AQM
- Support global AT&S sites in complaint handling
- Align with local customer requirements
- Train internal teams on customer-specific quality standards
- Guide internal teams on reject analysis
- Represent the company during customer visits
- Participate in customer audits
- Engage in quality discussions with customers
- Monitor quality actions
- Report on quality actions
- Ensure completion of quality actions
- Maintain quality documentation
- Ensure quality certification (e.g., EN10204)
