- •Lead and mature the technology sourcing and procurement function
- •Shape the strategic direction for software, infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions
- •Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives
- •Drive the organization's shift to cloud-first operations
- •Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards
- •Develop the IT (Sub-) Category Strategy
- •Lead complex negotiations with global technology providers
- •Build strong, value-driven supplier relationships
- •Ensure exceptional service delivery and robust contractual performance
- •Analyze spend, data, market trends, and internal needs
- •Identify opportunities for business-aligned value
- •Create and manage category strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
- •Plan and oversee all sourcing activities within the category
- •Lead sourcing projects from planning to contract negotiation
- •Partner with stakeholders to drive efficiencies and reduce risks and costs
- •Define and achieve KPIs for assigned categories
- •Provide strategic insights for sourcing decisions
- •Support Contract Owners and Vendor Managers during Supplier Relationship Management
- •Drive innovation through strategic supplier partnerships
- •Ensure accurate savings and spend reporting
- •Support the implementation of global sourcing processes
