Requirements

  • Experience in Category Management or Procurement
  • Experience negotiating complex energy capex projects
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German
  • Experience working in multi-national environments
  • Good commercial judgement and decisiveness
  • Collaborative nature and organizational engagement skills
  • High energy, commitment, and travel willingness
  • Willingness to apply despite unmet criteria

Tasks

  • Deliver category management within the regional energy strategy
  • Negotiate and manage all physical energy supply contracts
  • Oversee the full energy contract lifecycle from RFQ to approval
  • Drive and support local and global energy cost optimization projects
  • Assist with centrally managed energy efficiency and carbon-out workstreams
  • Implement corporate energy strategies across the region
  • Act as a key account manager for internal stakeholders
  • Manage energy-related claims and resolve contract issues
  • Report data into the central Energy Management System
  • Support energy tax relief workflows for all regional sites
