- Oversee supplier performance and governance activities
- Build and expand a robust supplier network
- Eliminate single-sourcing risks
- Support material and supplier standardization across all plants
- Manage and continuously improve the material qualification pipeline
- Resolve technical roadblocks
- Mitigate supply risks
- Incorporate sustainability and innovation priorities
- Identify and realize savings opportunities
- Support post-integration activities
- Ensure effective deployment of CFLEX Procurement standards in all relevant sites
