Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law, or similar education
- 7+ years of strategic HR Business Partnering experience
- Proven success in business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and transformation
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
- Expertise in change management and organizational development
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Business fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Tasks
- Co-create and implement people strategies
- Use data and KPIs to drive performance
- Manage employee relations cases to resolution
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation
- Partner with Retail Operations and Finance to improve store performance
- Analyze weekly KPIs and implement targeted interventions
- Coach senior leaders on team management and development
- Support salary reviews and performance management processes
- Promote leadership culture and drive DE&I initiatives
- Guide leaders through organizational change
- Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and policies
