- Ability to influence senior audiences
- Strong judgment, diplomacy, and discretion
- Ability to manage complex issues
- Work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional, international environment
- English required
- German preferred
- High ethical standards
- Commitment to compliance in government engagement
- Self-starter with ability to operate independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

Tasks

- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments
- Analyze policy impacts on the business
- Advocate company positions to government authorities
- Build relationships with ministries and regulators
- Engage with industry groups and trade associations
- Represent the company in trade association meetings
- Lead issue management and policy positioning
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Communications teams
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials
- Create position papers and stakeholder updates
- Identify emerging political and regulatory risks
- Support senior leadership with executive advice
