Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Business Administration, or comparable field
  • Strong expertise in internal and change communication methodologies
  • Proven experience managing digital employee communication tools (e.g., employee apps, intranet platforms)
  • Experience leading and implementing international projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and collaboration experience with Business Partners
  • Independent, structured work with strong team skills, high execution capability, and resilience
  • Excellent messaging, storytelling, and content development skills
  • Ability to execute internal communications strategy and translate strategy into practice
  • Advanced capability managing internal communication channels

Tasks

  • Lead internal and change communications
  • Develop group-wide communication channels
  • Manage employee magazine, newsletters, intranet, and platforms
  • Collaborate with business units and central functions
  • Organize internal events for engagement and dialogue
  • Plan and monitor internal communication budget
  • Manage external tools and service providers
  • Implement innovative communication formats
  • Strengthen corporate culture and engagement
  • Measure communication effectiveness with KPIs
  • Advise Executive Board and top management
