- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for KPI collection
- Conduct external audit
- Identify and adapt KPIs for compliance
- Expand information for internal management
- Implement necessary changes at all levels
- Optimize data availability and quality
- Establish and implement necessary processes and systems
- Improve data timeliness and completeness
- Enhance data quality for ESRS and EU Taxonomy
- Optimize data collection processes and tools
- Reduce manual effort through digitalization
- Coordinate operational implementation of reporting requirements
- Collaborate with finance and communications on report preparation
- Manage internal sustainability initiatives
- Identify and manage ESG-related risks
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk Management
- Derive recommendations for action
- Monitor reporting and sustainability communication developments
- Support stakeholders in creating communication materials
- Manage additional ESG reporting streams
- Contribute to sustainability strategy revision
- Develop and implement climate transition plan
- Support other relevant sustainability projects
