Requirements

  • Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in developing plastic and metal components
  • Tolerance analysis, modelling, and testing
  • Excellent English skills, verbal and written
  • German language skills are of advantage
  • Autonomous and independent working style
  • Interest in medical device development and life cycle management projects
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
  • Work in a matrix organization

Tasks

  • Deliver technical development and life-cycle management in cross-functional teams
  • Develop easy-to-use, safe, and robust products
  • Manage device constituent parts of an autoinjector
  • Integrate prefilled syringes with autoinjectors into combination products
  • Ensure timely delivery of technical aspects for projects
  • Manage life-cycle management of commercial products
  • Support device design development following the design control process
  • Ensure components meet quality requirements for clinical trials
  • Ensure components meet quality requirements for commercial production
  • Support internal audits on medical devices
  • Support external audits on medical devices
  • Provide input to health authority questions

Work Experience

  • 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Native
  • German – Basic
