Requirements

  • Technical degree in Engineering, material science, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Environment or Medical Devices
  • Knowledge of drug device combination products and associated processes
  • Experience in packaging design development
  • Independent working style and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written; German beneficial

Tasks

  • Lead packaging design projects for technology platforms
  • Manage collaboration with involved functions for successful outcomes
  • Define secondary and tertiary packaging technology and labeling strategy
  • Develop and deploy standards in materials, formats, and processes
  • Ensure technical design solutions for commercial, secondary, and tertiary packaging
  • Manage internal and external resources effectively
  • Support development activities, including technology landscaping and change control
  • Disseminate knowledge of packaging technology within the organization
  • Contribute to publications, presentations, and patents
  • Prepare function-related documents for medical device registration
  • Provide input to health authority questions
