Requirements

  • University degree in pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, or relevant natural science discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, or relevant industry
  • Advanced knowledge within the area of Analytical Development, basic understanding of mass spectrometry principles preferred
  • Strong expertise in analytical characterization of protein-based drugs
  • Solid project management skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in oral and written English; German beneficial
  • Strong proficiency in digital technologies
  • Future-Ready/Digital-First mindset

Tasks

  • Design and coordinate analytical development activities for projects
  • Manage multiple tasks to meet customer needs
  • Represent analytical characterization in project teams
  • Provide scientific guidance for novel protein-based biopharmaceuticals
  • Evaluate and interpret analysis results and draw conclusions
  • Review and approve analyses, discussing results with scientists
  • Author and review scientific reports for internal and external partners
  • Support preparation of registration documents
  • Act as an analytical expert during health authority inspections
  • Communicate and resolve complex problems in your area
  • Contribute to budget and resource forecasts
  • Ensure cost awareness and manage project timelines
  • Foster collaboration with internal customers and external partners
  • Drive knowledge sharing and present scientific results
  • Contribute to publications, presentations, and patents
