- Implement strategies to improve team retention
- Champion engineering standards and CI/CD best practices
- Support scalable hybrid architectures and banking compliance
- Drive adoption of AI-augmented development workflows
- Engage in technical architecture discussions with principal engineers
- Represent engineering in leadership and product discussions
- Navigate complex client relationships and delivery commitments
- Communicate risks and trade-offs to stakeholders
