Requirements
- BSc, MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years Software Engineer experience and 1+ year Tech Lead experience
- High proficiency in modern Java
- Experience with frontend technologies, ideally ReactJS and TypeScript
- Understanding of API design and 3rd party integrations
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Comfortable using Git and CI/CD tools
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Passion for continuous improvement and high-quality engineering
- Motivation to tackle complex challenges and learn technologies
- Excellent English, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong refactoring and test automation abilities
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog
- Exposure to or experience with Artificial Intelligence
Tasks
- Design and implement fullstack product features
- Deliver and validate new software functionality
- Lead technical discussions and engineering standards
- Establish high-quality coding and testing strategies
- Partner with Product Managers on roadmaps
- Define clear and actionable acceptance criteria
- Handle L3 support requests with the team
- Mentor engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Apply agile iterative and incremental mindsets
- Participate actively in all agile ceremonies
