Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related fields, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Strong analytical and structured mindset with high numerical affinity
- Proven experience in leading teams (disciplinary and/or functional)
- Strong people skills: clear, empathetic, reliable, and collaborative
- Confident handling of ERP and demand planning tools
- Solution-oriented, hands-on, and execution-driven working style
- Very good English skills
- Mandatory German skills
Tasks
- Own end-to-end operational and tactical demand planning
- Ensure high product availability and stable inventory levels
- Create and maintain demand, inventory, and ordering plans
- Monitor stock levels, safety stock, lead times, and sales performance
- Identify and mitigate risks like shortages, overstocks, and supply bottlenecks
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing and suppliers on orders and delivery schedules
- Track delivery dates and production status, escalate delays and risks
- Maintain smooth and reliable flow of goods in the supply chain
- Partner with Head of Forecasting for operational feedback and forecast validation
- Align with Sales, Customer Success, Logistics, Production, and Procurement
- Translate strategic forecast assumptions into operational actions
- Use and develop demand planning and ERP tools (e.g., SAP Business One, Streamline)
- Identify and implement operational improvements in demand planning
- Contribute to scenario analyses, data evaluations, and process optimization

Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degree
