Tasks
- Lead demand planning process transformations
- Implement a best-in-class operating model
- Partner with Sales to validate forecasts
- Challenge planning assumptions with data-driven insights
- Coordinate demand planning and budgeting processes
- Lead the local Integrated Business Planning cycle
- Develop bottom-up forecasts using historical data
- Analyze demand patterns and fluctuation factors
- Design tools for balanced demand management
- Manage overall forecast accuracy and deviations
- Perform root cause analysis for performance gaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally on SKU sell-in forecasts
- Communicate performance KPIs to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption
- Build networks to share global best practices
