- Generate insights from position, health, business, and device data
- Build and maintain self-service data tooling
- Improve data discoverability, trust, and transparency
- Lead data governance and quality initiatives
- Implement data quality frameworks and metadata management
- Ensure high-quality, reliable, and trustworthy data
- Own end-to-end data infrastructure on AWS
- Work with Lambda, Glue, Airflow, Redshift, and dbt
- Ship reliable and observable data products
- Adhere to coding standards and automated testing
- Use CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe data changes
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and cost-optimization
- Manage infrastructure proactively and confidently
- Partner with engineering teams for evolving needs
- Ensure performance and development workflows
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve Tractive
- Avoid rigid adherence to old practices
- Continuously grow personally and professionally
- Take ownership of areas showing potential
- Attend workshops for professional development
