  • 5+ years in Product Analytics, Tracking, or comparable role
  • Proven track record building/managing Web and App tracking plans
  • Advanced GTM and Server-Side Tagging proficiency
  • SST architecture, consent framework integration, tracking stability
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent
  • Event-based platforms across iOS and Android
  • Strong SQL skills with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
  • dbt or Dataform experience is a significant advantage
  • Proven JavaScript experience in production
  • Data layer management, custom event implementation, browser-side debugging
  • Technical mindset, comfortable reading code
  • Collaborate directly with engineers on implementation
  • QA experience across iOS, Android, and Web
  • Understanding of unit testing principles
  • Practical experience applying GDPR requirements in tracking
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills

  • Own end-to-end tracking for Android, iOS, and Web
  • Maintain and evolve tracking plans and event taxonomy
  • Ensure data integrity across all platforms
  • Define and implement metrics for business decisions
  • Translate business requirements into actionable Jira tickets
  • Manage stakeholder communication proactively
  • Lead tracking quality assurance across platforms
  • Maintain naming conventions and versioning
  • Ensure A/B test environments are correctly instrumented
  • Implement and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager
  • Use server-side tagging for event instrumentation
  • Debug production tracking issues
  • Ensure reliable data collection
  • Own marketing measurement and pixel implementation
  • Develop UTM frameworks and campaign attribution
  • Contribute fresh ideas to improve Tractive
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally
  • Attend workshops for professional development
