Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive engineering
- Fluent English
- Experience in defining and deploying engineering processes in regulated development environment
- Deep understanding of ISO/SAE 21434, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 standards
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and safety/security analysis tools
- Experience in engineering and/or process development in battery systems at automotive OEM or tier 1
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama)
- Experience with process documentation and management tools (e.g., UL Stages)
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives
- Experience in mentoring and training engineering teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with configuration management and change control processes
Tasks
- Lead the development of the automotive product Cybersecurity Management System
- Define and maintain cybersecurity engineering processes aligned with ISO/SAE 21434
- Integrate cybersecurity activities into ASPICE base practices
- Align cybersecurity lifecycle with Functional Safety processes
- Define and maintain templates and guidelines for cybersecurity work products
- Establish standardized methods for Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment
- Implement and maintain engineering tools for cybersecurity activities
- Define and embed process workflows into engineering tools
- Develop and deliver training materials on cybersecurity processes and tools
- Mentor and coach engineers on process adherence
- Align interfaces between cybersecurity processes and adjacent domains
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews and decision-making processes
- Establish and enforce process governance frameworks
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Support certification and regulatory efforts
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on assessments
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity
