Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or similar
- Solid experience in cost or operational controlling
- Strong analytical skills and structured, detail-oriented working style
- Experience with SAP (ideally S/4, SEM-BCS, COPA) and reporting/BI tools
- Ability to translate complex cost topics into clear business insights
- High ownership, accuracy, and reliability
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills in German and English, and independent working style
Tasks
- Ensure transparent, accurate, and timely cost controlling
- Analyze material costs, stock valuation, and cost structures
- Identify deviations and root causes
- Act as business partner to management, Purchasing, and Supply Chain
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Track actuals vs. plan and explain variances
- Prepare management-ready reports
- Provide decision-relevant cost insights
- Maintain and develop costing structures
- Contribute to process improvements
- Conduct ad hoc analyses
- Support controlling projects
