Requirements

  • •Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • •Several years of professional experience in new product development (NPD)
  • •In-depth knowledge of production technologies such as sheet metal processing, plastics manufacturing, surface finishing, or automation technology
  • •Confident application of project management techniques and methodologies
  • •Independent, dynamic, and open-minded personality with problem-solving skills
  • •Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • •Experience in the development of mechatronic components and systems

Vocational certification

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Define and align product requirements with stakeholders
  • •Develop and design new lighting solutions independently
  • •Select materials while considering commercial aspects and standards
  • •Integrate new production technologies into designs
  • •Commission prototypes and organize testing activities
  • •Create production documentation for series production
  • •Lead internal projects to support strategic development
