- Manage deliverable development and project workstreams
- Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients
- Leverage data and technology solutions to unlock client value
- Maintain working relationships with client managers
- Act as a trusted partner to clients
- Create sound business recommendations and effective presentations
- Plan and organize work for yourself and junior consultants
- Identify effective analysis structures to address client problems
- Synthesize analyses into relevant findings
- Create impactful storylines for presentations
- Lead team and external meetings
- Co-lead project management efforts
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
- Coach junior consultants to enable project management ownership
- Mentor junior consultants in their development
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
- Report suspected information security violations or breaches
- Complete mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard’s guidelines
