  • Kund:innen aktiv bei der Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors begleiten
  • Mit den Modulen Employee Central und Time Management arbeiten
  • Personal- und Organisations-Stammdaten verwalten
  • Zeitaufzeichnung und Abwesenheiten betreuen
  • Strategische Beratung anbieten
  • Technische Implementierung durchführen
  • Fachwissen zu Human Capital Themen vertiefen
  • Jüngere Kolleg:innen anleiten und unterstützen
  • Kund:innen vom Angebot bis zum Go-Live begleiten
  • Mit der internationalen Deloitte Community vernetzen
  • Internes Wissen gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen aufbauen
