- Strong analytical skills
- Strategic thinking
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- First experience in shared services/global business services
- SAP S4/HANA knowledge – user or implementation expertise
- Professional certification, such as CPA or CFA
- Strong team player
- High assertiveness
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- International experience
- German language skills

- Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT)
- Genuine interest and affinity for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
Tasks
- Perform complex strategic Finance Transformation projects
- Support M&A transactions throughout the deal lifecycle
- Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessment
- Plan and execute post-merger integration
- Harmonize and align operating models
- Complete assignments under Engagement Manager guidance
- Meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Manage conflicts and client relationships
- Analyze customer needs
- Develop innovative solution concepts
- Contribute to pitches
- Support existing clients
- Manage key accounts effectively
- Coach junior project team members
- Oversee daily task operations
- Ensure team member development
- Provide coaching and mentoring
- Support personal development and training
