  • Strong understanding of compensation structures

  • Strong understanding of employee recognition programs
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
  • Familiarity with Leapsome or similar tools (advantage)
  • Comfortable with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Use people data for reports and insights
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to present to Executive stakeholders

Tasks
