- •Proven experience in backend development using Kotlin and Spring Boot framework
- •Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design, Ports & Adapters (Hexagonal Architecture), and API design/validation
- •Experience with relational databases such as Postgres
- •Experience with container orchestration tools including Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
- •Prioritization of code quality and engineering excellence
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Ability to take ownership and maintain attention to detail
- •Startup and/or Finance background
- •Passion for work and enjoyment of free time

approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Own and enhance backend components of the chargeback process
- •Deliver functional, well-tested code following Clean Code principles
- •Implement Test Driven Development and Domain-Driven Design
- •Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, QA, and UX designers
- •Align API specifications and implementations with stakeholders
- •Identify and reduce technical debt proactively
- •Implement user-driven improvements
- •Lead technical deep dives and knowledge sharing sessions
- •Mentor peers and contribute to cross-team problem solving
