Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in data engineering, application development, data science, or technical field
  • 6+ years experience designing, developing, maintaining enterprise data applications
  • 5+ years experience delivering data engineer solutions for DoW/Combatant Commands
  • 5+ years experience in technical project leadership
  • 5+ years experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or R
  • 1+ years experience with Agentic AI capabilities/platforms
  • Solution creation in collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in computer science, data science, or mathematics
  • Narrative building for demo and presentation
  • Experience with Palantir tools (Foundry or Gaia)
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Experience with Large Language Models (applied/theoretical)
  • Experience with distributed data/computing tools (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, AWS EMR, Kafka)
  • Experience with data visualization/geospatial tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, ArcGIS)
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • On-camera presence for interviews/assessments

Tasks

  • Lead and oversee data engineering and AI delivery.
  • Set strategic direction.
  • Guide technical teams.
  • Ensure successful implementation of enterprise AI solutions.
  • Focus on applied production AI.
  • Manage and mentor teams of analysts, engineers, and scientists.
  • Assess, design, and deliver advanced analytic and AI solutions.
