Requirements
- Minimum Secret clearance
- B.S. in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or related fields
- 8+ years software development or data scientist experience
- 2+ years building LLM applications
- Ability to fine-tune foundational models
- Ability to securely integrate and manage commercial AI APIs
- Building adapters for foundational models (PEFT, llama factory)
- Using Retrieval Augmented Generation with vector databases
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Ansible, Puppet)
- Experience with workflow management tools (ServiceNow, BMC Helix)
- Experience with IT service management platforms
- Strong understanding of operational processes and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative work with operations staff and stakeholders
- Develop effective automation solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Large Language Models experience
- Incorporate LLMs into new domains and applications
- Natural Language Processing algorithms (e.g. BERT)
- Experience with CUDA
- Experience with Python libraries (CuPy, Numba, CuSignal, CuDF)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker)
- Experience with orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Tasks
- Lead strategic design and deployment of AI and automation solutions
- Design and implement RAG systems and semantic search architectures
- Build production-grade LLM applications and autonomous systems
- Adapt and fine-tune foundation models for secure use cases
- Deploy scalable AI solutions in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Apply LLMs to domain-specific problems and operational workflows
- Analyze and identify manual processes for automation
- Design and develop automation solutions using scripting languages
- Implement automation using frameworks and workflow management tools
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts
- Work with stakeholders to define automation requirements
- Ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs
