Tasks
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise customers
- Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers
- Align the observability platform with business initiatives
- Identify and close six-figure and seven-figure expansion opportunities
- Understand customers' technical architecture and monitoring needs
- Lead and coordinate the virtual account team
- Ensure cohesive customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Deliver quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Lead negotiations for enterprise-level agreements and renewals
