Requirements

  • •At least 5 years full-time experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master
  • •At least 7 years of experience within product development
  • •Experience with various methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP
  • •SAFe 6.0 Certification
  • •Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to aid resolution of team conflicts
  • •Technical background in software development or technical degree
  • •Track record of continued education in Scrum
  • •Experience on a Team of Teams level
  • •Experience in guiding and mentoring other Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters
  • •Knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices
  • •Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device industry

Vocational certification

Currently in higher education
