Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in clinical, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Imaging
- Product management, product strategy, or leadership experience
- Strong market understanding and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience with complex software products and platform ecosystems
- Leadership through customer focus, structured thinking, and business insights
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA)
Tasks
- Inspire and energize the ART to meet business and customer goals
- Translate portfolio strategy into product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Balance customer value, technical feasibility, and sustainability in decisions
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision
- Develop outcome-driven roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market
- Ensure alignment with strategic themes and budget guardrails
- Explore customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Combine feedback, analytics, and research to guide product direction
- Champion a customer-centric culture
- Manage and prioritize the ART backlog for maximum business value
- Lead feature creation with clear hypotheses and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Owners, and System Architects
- Provide context and clarity to Agile Teams and Product Owners
- Support PI Planning and enable decentralized decision-making
- Foster open communication and high-quality product execution
- Deliver whole-product solutions meeting customer expectations
- Coordinate across multiple ARTs for integrated solutions
- Take ownership for PI commitments and product releases
