Requirements

  • •Curiosity, collaboration, and attention to detail
  • •Degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Food Chemistry
  • •Experience in regulated lab environments (pharma or biotech preferred)
  • •Proficiency in ELISA, HPLC, and electrophoresis techniques
  • •Hands-on experience with TECAN systems
  • •Strong problem-solving and method troubleshooting skills
  • •Excellent scientific writing and documentation abilities
  • •Independent planning and communication skills (PowerPoint, reports, protocols)
  • •Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • •Collaborative mindset and openness to working across international teams

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Design and optimize ELISA methods using the TECAN system
  • •Troubleshoot ELISA methods
  • •Perform in-process sample testing
  • •Conduct activity-based assays
  • •Analyze process development samples via HPLC and other analytical platforms
  • •Prepare and review scientific documentation in English
  • •Conduct secondary reviews of analytical data
  • •Maintain and oversee TECAN instrumentation
  • •Support inventory and asset database management
