- •SuccessFactors Employee Central certification or comparable experience
- •Advantageous knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules
- •Years of project and consulting expertise
- •In-depth personnel and HR process knowledge
- •High affinity for modern cloud technologies
- •High flexibility and willingness to travel
- •Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- •Business fluent German and English skills

- •Develop practical HR process solutions based on best practices

- •Conduct workshops and training in German and English
- •Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers
- •Perform requirements analyses and cost estimates for quotations
- •Assist colleagues with complex issues and transfer knowledge
