Requirements

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Consulting-Erfahrung, bevorzugt im SAP CX Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSM & Emarsys von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Integrationsprojekten von Vorteil
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an Geschäftsprozessoptimierung
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Team- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Tasks

  • Bestandskund:innen im SAP CX Umfeld betreuen
  • Fokus auf SAP Sales und Service Cloud legen
  • Sales- und Serviceprozesse konzipieren und optimieren
  • Als Hauptansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen fungieren
  • Support im 1st bis 3rd Level leisten
  • Kundenanforderungen aufnehmen und Lösungsvorschläge erarbeiten
  • Lösungen selbstständig umsetzen oder die Koordination übernehmen
  • Workshops und Anforderungsanalysen durchführen
  • Tests sowie Rollouts und Go-Lives begleiten
