Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as a chemistry or biology laboratory technician
  • •First hands-on laboratory experience or fresh graduate
  • •Knowledge of GxP and chemical laboratory conduct rules
  • •Good IT user knowledge of Excel and SAP
  • •Fluency in English; German proficiency advantageous
  • •Quality-oriented personality and understanding of customer service
  • •Openness to customer concerns and process improvement

Tasks

  • •Annotate and register all samples
  • •Receive and hand over samples using tracking systems
  • •Ship samples and prepare shipment documents
  • •Order cool and frozen transports
  • •Provide samples and documents to the courier
  • •Take over samples from the lab
  • •Check completeness of shipped materials and documents
  • •Store samples in appropriate conditions in fridges and freezers
  • •Document storage and transfer of samples in the inventory system
  • •Label incoming and outgoing samples
  • •Aliquot samples as needed
  • •Review qualification documentation
  • •Coordinate maintenance activities as needed
  • •Perform temperature monitoring every three months
  • •Prepare formal invoices for customs activities
  • •Help create work instructions and SOPs for laboratory services
